Mayo Club 51 Leader board — Start Week : 1
Your position: Week 1

Its a little late in the week but we’re finally getting around to posting up the first weeks prediction league table. We suffering from jetlag after visiting the “Real” capital last weekend. We eventually got through those traffic lights in Buttivent last night since being stuck on red from about 7 o’clock last Sunday!

Congrats to week 1 League leader Peter Lavelle from Achill, followed closely by T McG and John Caulfield. The top couple of places are very close indeed, its looking like its going to be a fierce battle for the rest of the league. On a more important note though, we are delighted to see we’re in pole position for the wooden spoon ourselves. This is a highly coveted prize and we’re aiming to hold onto it, D’ya hear!!

2016 Mayo GAA Season Ticket

2016 Mayo GAA Season Ticket Renewals Now Open

2016 Mayo GAA season ticketThe 2016 Mayo GAA season ticket is now open for renewal. Unfortunately there is no “Early Bird” renewal price of €75 & €85 as there was in 2013 and 2014. The 2016 Mayo GAA season ticket for an adult increases from €85 to €99. Juvenile tickets have also doubled in price from €10 to €20 this year. However the GAA seems to think that the 2016 Season Ticket is “Great Value” this year for loyal GAA supporters! (Hill 16 Dublin GAA season tickets however remain the same price this year at €165)

If there is anyone thinking of not renewing your season tickets for 2016, we’d recommend that you do, as there will not be any more Mayo GAA season tickets on sale in the future. You can renew them for someone that is looking to get a season ticket, you can add their payment card details instead of your own on the season ticket account. Any season tickets not being renewed are not being released for sale again.  Edit: The GAA season ticket office have confirmed today that “If any Mayo GAA  season tickets are not renewed before the 30th of November, they will be released for sale to the Mayo season ticket waiting list”.

Delivery arrangements for season tickets have also been confirmed today (15th OCT). “Delivery arrangements are as follows: All purchases prior to midnight on Friday 25th November 2015 will be posted on Friday 4th December 2015. Purchases after Friday 25th November will be produced and dispatched in January 2016.”

Enjoy another year of great value with the GAA Season Ticket. The price for the 2016 Season is €99 for Adults and €20 for Juveniles. Renewals are now open!

What’s included?

Club+

The Club+ price has been set at €200 for all Counties. A siginifcant change for 2016 is that anyone who avails of the Club+ Season Ticket will be guaranteed an All Ireland Final ticket should their county qualify, regardless of the attendance percentage during the year.

Club+ is an add on to the regular GAA Season Ticket which covers entry to county championship fixtures within your county.

Please note that there will not be a Club+ Upgrade option for 2016. If you wish to purchase a Club+ Season Ticket this must be done at the time of purchase/renewal.

If there is no Club+ option available in your Season Ticket Account this means that your county is not offering a Club+ option for 2016.

Season Tickets – Free Entry To Club Finals

Season Tickets – Free Entry To Club Finals

mayo gaa season tickets

Season Tickets

As you probably already know, being a season ticket holder has many advantages. It allows you free entry into any league match (code-specific). Season tickets also allow you free entry into the All-Ireland Club Finals between Corofin from Co. Galway and Slaughtneil from Co Derry on St. Patrick’s Day, (throw in is now 4pm). Corofin are managed by Mayo & Crossmolina’s own Stephen Rochford. We know that any Mayo vs Galway tie is sometimes the be all and end all between rivals, but on this occasion we hope all Mayo folk will give our Galway neighbours, and Connacht representatives, their support on St Patrick’s Day.

Mayo Club 51 are putting the call out to all season ticket holders if you are not using your tickets for the final, to help out Corofin supporters. First of all you will need to log-in to your season ticket account and go to “Special Purchases” to request your (free) tickets. You can e-mail tickets directly to the Corofin P.R.O. John Fahey,  pro.corofin.galway [at] gaa.ie.
